Enjoyed a pleasant business stay with clean room and comfortable bed.

The hotel was a reasonable base for enjoying a pretty nice area, near a huge shopping mall and Clinics and Food--Court. Our breakfast was tasty and with delicious taste. - the staff was fast! - the property had a central location and it was a short way from La Piazza.

I truly enjoyed reasonably spacious and well-maintained room in this hotel.

Hotel was fairly clean and perfect with fast staff and favourable location near shopping centre. Location: the venue was not far from the center of the city and a huge mega mall and surrounding the port and the area of Tanjung Perak as well as other surrounding area in Centra Jakarta.

The rooms are beautifully maintained and great-sized and complete with 12th level and new ambience, as example. The breakfasts are savoury and wonderful with a great selection of options;))

Cozy, air-conditioned room with a well-maintained, comfy bed that made me drift off to dreamland in no time! 😊

Best value for money, the excellent thing is that the hotel is inside the shopping mall. Very clean , staff are so helpful. I would really come back to this hotel.

My room was reasonably spacious and beautifully maintained. the location in a pretty nice area was marvelous and unbeatable. - There was a market and boutiques nearby.

I specified single bed in my online booking and was confirmed by return mail. However, when I was at the check-in counter I was told that only twin beds room is available. I requested the reception to send somebody to patch up the 2 beds together while i'd sit waiting at the lobby. After 15 mins when I went into the room, nothing was moved but only my baggage was delivered into the room.

I like this hotel because it is located within the Shopping Mall and access to all type of food.

The room was kept clean and had an iron, new ambience, and an extra bed. I really enjoyed the savory and tasty breakfast with delicious continental foods. - Excellent services were available. - the staff were enthusiastic and fast day and night.

Convenience - next to Mal Kelapa Gading, so food, shopping, convenience stores, supermarket, etc at your doorstep. Easy to find since the Mal is a prominent landmark. Since all my business contacts live in Kelapa Gading, it was easy for them to pick me up daily.

Housekeeping was not thorough enough in cleaning the room. Small items were not replaced daily.
